I grew up and am now based in the valleys of Carlow in Ireland. It is beautiful place with hill tops, mountain views, rivers and the calmness of the land.
I have worked in various countries around the world to subsidize college and travel. I love travelling seeing how humans have different ways to do everything. This meant I was open to investigating and utilizing alternative ideas to improve my health and well being.
I like new things so have done various different formal educational courses, a diploma, a degree and a masters. Which lead me on a career path in the financial, advertising and publishing sectors. I believe your experience help to sculpt and shape each of us in a unique manner.
My ill health lead me to do many courses on varying alternative health and energy techniques. For this I am grateful the human body is truly a remarkable creation, the chemistry, biology and physics involved is amazing! The body can heal itself and we can choose to instruct our physical, mental, emotion and spiritual bodies.
